SUMMARY: To write, produce, shoot, and edit client commercials, spec spots and marketing promos as needed by the Sales/Marketing department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
• From concept to completion, develop creative campaigns and production for Account Executives to use in selling both stations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines.
• Work directly with the Digital Media/Marketing Manager, & Account Executives to best combine web, sales, and production services to meet the needs of the client.
• Coordinate client’s billboard requirements with Account Executives, Creative Services Departments.
• Provide creative input into the overall on-air marketing strategy for the client.
• Direct talent.
• Work with graphic designers to develop graphic look for projects.
• Manage and produce field production segments as assigned including local programming, promotion, and commercials.
• Other duties as assigned.


• Experience lighting, shooting, and editing on non-linear editing systems including Premiere. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• EFP skills essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary. 
• Strong creative writing and organizational skills required.
• Script writing, producing, and directing experience required.
• Good people skills and the ability to clearly communicate concepts very important.
• Ability to direct talent preferred.
• Knowledge of field and studio production techniques essential.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Must possess excellent time management skills.
• College Degree Preferred.
