Supervise two/three Sales Planners. Responsible for overseeing stewardship, selling estimates and price lists in coordination with Planning Management and Daypart VPs. Utilize trend analysis for profitability projects in collaboration with the Sales team. Assist Daypart VPs in inventory control and form sales strategies based on financial targets. Extensive use of Nielsen & Comscore ratings and Excel spreadsheets. Build plans for commercial placement in both the Upfront and Scatter marketplaces. Coordinate with CBS Interactive for fluidity deals and commercial sales within the VOD platform.
- Three to five years of TV media planning or agency media buying experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Must have the ability to focus and navigate through the ever changing demands of a fast-paced work environment
- Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
- Possess excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- College degree preferred
