Description:

Manager, Merchandising is responsible for researching and producing merchandise items and programs for divisions and departments within CBS.




Responsibilities:


-Works across divisions within CBS with high-level custom corporate merchandise as well as ASI premiums.


-Develop merchandise plans for Sports Sales programs.


-Partners with corporate executives on budgeting, planning and executing merchandise needs.


-Detailed and labor intensive accountability, per user, to financial departments.


-Provides financial accounting and cost effective purchasing power by consolidating merchandise offers.


-Maintains CBS quality, consistency and uniform merchandise branding throughout the company.

Qualifications:

Required:

-College degree required.

-5 years of experience with a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in merchandising.

-Knowledge of custom manufacturing, ASI premiums, art production, and sports licensees.

-Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines with a critical eye to art and production details.

-Excellent communication and organizational skills.

-Proficient in Excel with knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
