The Freelance Operations Coordinator will be responsible for logistical items related to the scheduling, traveling and on-site venue necessities for CSD remote events in respect to talent, production, technicians, support staff and vendors.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•    Arrange and manage travel for VIP’s, talent, production and technical crews using the company-wide tool, Axiom; when necessary a travel agent may aid in the booking.
•    Manage accommodations with adherence to contract entitlements; process hotel bills.
•    Book ground transportation and process vendor invoices in a timely manner.
•    Produce a Game Memo according to schedule.
•    Report pre-budget figures the day prior to the event and post-budget figures as soon as possible.
•    Review and approve expense report for technicians and support staff and factor these figures into their Post Estimates.
•    Become proficient with the software tools available to Sports Operations, currently Showmgr and Axiom.

•    Bachelor's Degree
•    Ability to pay close attention to detail.
•    Ability to handle stress and multiple assignments concurrently.
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and oral and can communicate with multiple levels of employees.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel especially).
•    Flexibility to work nights and weekends, if needed.
