This role will support the Consumer Products Team with all aspects of royalty recording for Licensing & Merchandising. Great opportunity for someone who would like to work flexible hours. Position requires commitment of 25 – 30 hours per week.
Review submitted check payments & related reports.
Analyze Royalty Statements from Licensees for entry into data base
Issue invoices to Licensees and maintain accurate payment records.
Coordinate with the department management and Licensees to resolve contract reporting issues.
Utilize COGNOS reporting tool to provide CBS management with revenue and royalty reports.
Assist with the forecasting collection and budgeting processes for Consumer Products business.
Provide royalty data for the preparation of third party participation statements.
Coordinate proper physical and digital filing of related reports, payments and paperwork.
Assist with special projects and reports as requested by CBS Consumer Products Management.
2 year college degree (at minimum)
Accounting / Book keeping background preferred
Self- motivated, flexible positive attitude necessary
Strong Excel skills
Very organized and detail oriented
Experience in royalty reporting a plus
