Administrative Assistant - Business AffairsApply
The Business Affairs Assistant will report to 2 Vice Presidents and will perform support duties including assisting in preparation of agreements, working independently on special projects, collecting and coordinating information, scheduling appointments, and keeping accurate records. Other responsibilities may include screening incoming calls, managing calendar, arranging travel and itineraries, preparing expense reports and filing.
Must be well versed with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote and must be Internet and social media savvy.
Heavy telephone volume; pleasant telephone manner
Good organization and communication skills essential
Willing to work overtime when necessary
Experience at busy office environment and/or a large corporation preferred.
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
