is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Vice
President of Alternative Series Development/Programming.
The ideal Candidate
will have a working knowledge of the Reality Television industry and passion
for the genre.
Candidates should have
leadership experience and exhibit the ability to work in a demanding and high volume environment with ease.
include: roll calls, heavy phones, heavy scheduling, coordinating meetings and travel,
expense reports, etc.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience working on a very busy desk for a Television
Executive, Talent Agent, or Production Company Executive
- Must have experience rolling calls
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experienced in dealing with the TV creative community
- Previous experience in Alternative Programming
(Development and/or Production)
- BA/BS degree
