Looking for a self-motivated, experienced, creative executive with strong talent and producer relationships, experience in development and production with executive polish and professionalism.


-Maintain ongoing knowledge and tracking report of competitive shows, competitive development, talent ideas/updates and the pop culture landscape 

-Pitch project ideas and create simple presentation decks

-Solicit/take pitch meetings and evaluate the viability of show formats for all syndication dayparts

-Solicit/take talent meetings and evaluate their potential in the syndication marketplace

-Guide the development process including: format development, casting, staffing, budgeting, and pilot/presentation execution

-Oversee series launches and production


-Must have strong knowledge of talent and pop culture

-Must have strong relationships with agents and producers

-Must have a deep understanding of the unscripted television landscape with a focus on all syndication dayparts

-Must have unscripted development experience as well as an understanding of format development and the ability to create concepts for individual talent

-Must have daytime, strip experience as a producer/show runner, development executive or both

-Syndication experience a plus
