Position is primarily responsible for analyzing, entering and maintaining CBS domestic TV sales and financial information into proprietary database systems.  Primary responsibilities include:

-          Analyze product availability and contracts for television licenses for Domestic cable, new media, national syndication and local free TV.

-          Compile, update and report usage information for basic cable and national syndication deals to various departments within CBSTD and CBS Corporate.

-          Perform additional duties as assigned by management. 

This position reports to the Manager, Syndication Sales Administration & Legal Services, but also works closely with Senior Management in the department, and with members of the Sales and Product Rights departments.

Required: To be considered, candidates must have strong analytical skills and proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, and other Windows applications.  Candidates must have basic understanding of the domestic cable, new media and syndication business and the ability to analyze complex license agreements.    A strong attention to detail is required, along with the ability to multi-task in a time-intensive, demanding environment.  Must be able to work independently, juggle multiple projects and communicate effectively.  Must be a team player and possess excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Preferred: A college degree is preferred.  A good work history and excellent references are necessary.  Prior syndication/television experience is a plus.
