The Coordinator, Contract Administration, reports to the Manager, Sales Administrative & Legal Services.  The role works closely with the Vice President and Manager in a very active department processing thousands of syndication agreements for CTD-distributed programs each year.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Draft and distribute standard letters and agreements to station licensees and Sales

  • Create and assemble contract files

  • Respond to inquiries from station and Sales

  • Track status of outstanding license agreements and update status in proprietary contract system

  • Draft standard program License Agreement forms and distribute to Sales, Legal, Finance, Ad/Promo, Research and Media Sales

  • Timely prepare and distribute scheduled reports to Sales management and department executives

  • Assist in station licensee time period changes and work with Sales to resolve out-of-contract issues

  • Moderate to heavy copying and filing

  • Perform other work as assigned



Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Superior analytical ability and writing skills

  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Professional, friendly demeanor and a team player

  • College degree from accredited institution

  • Stable work history and excellent references

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience with contracts and/or television distribution
