CBS Studios International is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support and day-to-day office management. The person will conduct the role in an effective, confidential, and efficient manner, while demonstrating strong customer focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, make appointments, arrange and coordinate travel schedule, maintain calendar, and contacts

• Arrange meetings, including all logistics (catering, agendas, facilities)

• Keep the executive informed and follow up on all assignments in a timely, effective and efficient manner

• Maintain various databases (locations, contacts) as directed by the executive

• Prepare expense reports
• Coordinates and administers company travel policies

• Organize and maintain filing system

• Completes other duties as assigned


• Excellent verbal/written communication skills

• Ability to handle confidential information (both oral and written)

• Demonstrates a close attention to all details

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Demonstrated strengths in customer focus, action orientation, problem solving, interpersonal savvy, time management, planning, organizing, dealing with ambiguity, composure, organizational savvy and drive for results

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
