Description:

CBS Studios International is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a SVP and VP in the Business Affairs department to be based in Los Angeles. 


  • Word processing, formatting and updating of legal documents (e.g. contracts and contract summaries) and correspondence

  • Track the contract execution process from beginning to end, liaising with clients, sales administration and our international sales offices

  • Compile documents in preparation for meetings

  • Format and update status reports

  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars and arrange videoconference calls

  • Make travel arrangements

  • Create and process expense reports

  • Arrange videoconference calls

  • Create and maintain department legal files (electronic files) and binders on a timely basis

  • Cover phones and/or duties for other assistants as needed

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 2010 (including Outlook, Word and Excel; PowerPoint a plus), including the ability to redline documents
  • Ability to compose correspondence - general letters, memos and emails

  • Experience with Contract Administration

  • Must be detail-oriented and focused on accuracy

  • Solid interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior management, sales force and peers

  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

  • A team player who can multitask within a fast-paced environment
