CBS Television Distribution is currently seeking a Coordinator, Contract Administration. This position reports into the Manager, Sales Administrative & Legal Services and will be tasked with assisting the Vice President and Manager of a very active department that processes and manages all of the syndication agreements and data for all CTD-distributed programs and supports CTD Sales.
- Draft various letters and legal documents
- Create and assemble files
- Scan, copy and distribute documents
- Create, organize and maintain files
- Update document tracking status
- Review and validate agreements entered into proprietary systems
- Analyze station time periods modifications and liaise with Sales
- Maintain and distribute various reports
- Manage phones for two busy Vice Presidents
- Prepare expense reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
Seeking an experienced candidate who
will be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
A strong attention to detail is required, along with the ability to multi-task in a time-intensive, demanding environment. Must be a team player and possess excellent communication skills.
A college degree is preferred. Prior experience in a legal department is a plus.
