The position reports into the Director, Contracts Administration whom will be tasked with assisting the Director in a very active department that processes and manages all of the syndication license agreements and data for all CTD-distributed programs and supports the CTD Sales force.

Position responsibilities:

  • Draft standard acceptance letters for license agreements
  • Draft other letters and documents as required
  • Create and assemble license agreement files and labels
  • Respond to station licensee inquires and sales representative phone calls
  • Advise and follow-up on the status of agreements with Sales and Sales offices
  • Process pending sales forms following approval by senior Sales management
  • Coordinate department responses to internal and third-party audit requests
  • Update deal tracking status in a proprietary system
  • Maintain accurate records of documents from issuance to full execution
  • Assist in station license time period changes and work with Sales to resolve out-of-contract issues

  • Scan, copy and distribute agreements as requested
  • Such other responsibilities as may be assigned


The successful candidate will be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.  A strong attention to detail is required, along with the ability to multi-task in a time-intensive, demanding environment.  Must be a team player and possess excellent communication skills, verbal and written.  A junior college or college degree from an accredited school is required.  A solid work history (3 -5 years) and excellent references are necessary.  Prior syndication/television experience is a plus.
