Administrative Assistant

Reporting to one of CBS’ high profile entertainment anchors, the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support, and act as a personal assistant, ensuring all office and personal tasks are handled in a timely and efficient manner.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Heavy calendar management and email correspondence
  • Heavy phone traffic , responding  to questions, and directing callers to appropriate parties when necessary
  • Provide logistical support,  arranging on and off site meetings
  • Coordinate travel , including flights, events, hotels, and car services
  • Maintain company website and social media accounts to increase brand awareness and drive promotion
  • Work closely with various stakeholders including personal stylist to ensure all personal items are delivered to  location in a timely manner
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed


  • 1+ years of administrative  experience including  heavy calendar management
  • Experience with maintaining or creating websites and a  keen interest in managing social media accounts
  • Strong time management skills; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments, with a high degree of accuracy, and meet deadlines in a high pressure environment with limited direction and guidance
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to use judgment to field inquiries professionally , efficiently, and anticipate needs
  • Strong proficiency with all  Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated interest in fashion,  highly preferred
  • Ability to provide input for show story ideas
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
