CBS Studios International is looking for an Assistant to perform a variety of administrative duties and project management tasks in support of the Senior Vice President, International Operations. We are looking for an individual with demonstrated professionalism and a general knowledge of the television industry.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:


  • Scheduling Meetings and Appointments

  • Answering Phones

  • Preparing Expense Reports

  • Booking Travel

  • Schedule Screening Rooms

  • Assist with Guests/Visiting Clients

  • Filing

  • Research Elements in Inventory System

  • Coding Invoices

  • Ordering Screeners for Field Offices and Clients

  • Working closely with Marketing Division and preparing materials for Trade Shows and LA Screenings

  • Generating Purchase orders

  • Creating/updating spreadsheets


  • 1 to 2 years exp in an administrative support role
  • Excellent Organizational, Communication, and Computer Skills


  • 4 year college degree
  • Entertainment experience a plus
