Description:

This position will report directly to the Manager of Inventory Control. This individual will possess skills allowing them to directly assist the Manager of Inventory Control in reconciliation of inventory variance between WMS and UOPS. It is important that the candidate is a self-starter, a quick learner, and enjoys working in a team environment.  



DUTIES:

·          Provide ad hoc inventory analysis

·          Utilize data mining of MS Access databases for reporting and analysis

·          Assist with special projects as required

·          Generate inventory comparison reports between WMS and host (UOPS)

·          Reconcile WMS and host variances

·          Perform adjustments to host inventory

·          Maintain capacity reporting of third party warehouse locations

·          Administer weekly and monthly reports to upper management

·          Resolve discrepancies and variances for client product











Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS:

 

·          Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably Business)

·          Effectively communicate in writing and in person. 

·          Ability to understand & develop process flows

·          Excellent technical writing skills

·          Must be “hands on”

·          Excellent problem solving skills

·          Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, MS Access, PowerPoint)

·          Ability to learn various systems (WMS, UOPS, )

·          Ability to follow instructions

·          Detail oriented person with the ability to apply reasonability checks in validating the work

·          Ability to meet deadlines and schedules

·          Must be flexible to accommodate business needs 

·          Ability to interact with all levels of management and peers
