The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the SVP, Sales in meeting prep, calendar management, travel reservations, T&E, etc…. This role also coordinates entire sales group data (centralized Daily Sales tracking, marketing meeting prep, Author Acquisition Data aggregation and also gets trained as back up for channel support functions so can step in when needed.
The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented, organized, and good at juggling multiple tasks and/or projects at once. They should be proficient in MS Office with a good working ability in MS Excel.
1-2 years publishing experience preferred as well as experience in sales or business
