This position will be responsible for providing fast-paced and time sensitive day-to-day administrative, business and legal affairs services for a five-person attorney team, including the EVP, General Counsel.  Responsibilities include: creating, editing, revising, proofreading and redlining documents (including legal contracts, agreements, letters, and other legal correspondence); coordinating, printing, distributing and organizing documents, including contracts/agreements, pleadings, manuscripts and related documents; responding to subpoenas, garnishments and other legal processes; coordinating and collating quarterly Sarbanes-Oxley related documents; creating and maintaining departmental and attorney files and upholding a highly organized, efficient and logical filing system of all documents (in electronic and hard copy formats) for working purposes and for archival use; mailing/faxing correspondence and other routine administrative tasks in accordance with attorney and departmental needs; scheduling and booking travel; preparing and submitting attorneys’ travel and expense reports; tracking, processing and reviewing legal fee and legal department invoices and maintaining budget grid and docket reports; keeping and maintaining departmental lists and contacts; arranging and placing calls for supervisors and sending electronic invites for the same (including multi-party conference calls); scheduling and coordinating meetings among parties with demanding calendars; maintaining office supplies by placing orders as needed; handling confidential matters with utmost discretion and liaising with other departments across the company on any and all administrative legal matters.

Previous paralegal experience preferred.
