Marketing Coordinator, Simon & Schuster Children's BooksApply
The Marketing Coordinator will assist in executing the marketing plans for Simon & Schuster Books for Young Readers, Atheneum Books for Young Readers, Margaret K. McElderry Books, Paula Wiseman Books, Beach Lane Books, and Saga Press.
Responsibilities include creating, trafficking and executing all aspects of title-specific marketing plans, including creating marketing, trafficking and distributing materials (sell sheets, displays, brochures, promotional items). Additional responsibilities include helping to execute account-specific promotions.
This position with report to the Senior Director of Marketing for the children’s trade imprints and works closely with the Marketing Managers, Publicity, Digital Marketing and Education and Library Marketing departments.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in children's marketing is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a proficiency in word, outlook, excel is highly preferred.
