Description:

Audiobooks are one of the fastest growing segments in publishing.  Industry leader Simon & Schuster Audio is looking for a  smart, eager, new member to join our marketing and publicity team. Enthusiasm, attention to detail, follow-up, and an eagerness to learn and grow on the job are all key elements for this position. The right candidate will be a strong writer with equally strong interpersonal skills. This position  will interact with multiple imprints throughout the company as well as working directly with authors and narrators. It will also deal directly with marketing, sales, editorial and production. The ability to multi-task is essential. Social media know-how is a plus. This is an exciting time to be in Audio and a great opportunity to learn the business from the ground up. Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience, preferably in publishing and including some work with authors.
