Description:

The Director of Digital Content and Brand Development, responsible for the merchandising of content on simonandschuster.com and metadata best practices is looking for a digital marketing Associate.

Responsibilities include:

Administration of online content tools for: site merchandising and site advertising

Managing StarTrekBooks.com

Maintaining up to date publishing grids and programming calendar

Writing copy for feature modules, working with designer and routing for approval

Creating and publishing content and lists to S&S verticals

Pulling metrics reports and reporting on analytics

Special projects such as seasonal merchandising lists, ad hoc metrics analysis and metadata 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with basic understanding of HTML and proficiency with MS Office (particularly Excel). Must have good organizational skills, phone manner and be comfortable multi-tasking and meeting weekly deadlines.
