Description:
The Coordinator, Sales and Client communications will be responsible for:
Client Portal Administration
• Request new US ID setup for new and existing publishers
• Facilitate Password Reset Requests
• Manage Bookscan Requests
Digital Asset Management
• Work with Clients on Loading Digital Assets
Seasonal Metadata Review
• Work with each client on Exception Reports
• Route each Client Catalog for Review prior to Seasonal feed
Seasonal Cover Review
• Work with each client on Missing Covers based on Sales Call Calendar
Material Solicitation
• ARCs/Galleys
o setup in S&S system
• Printed Materials
o Solicitation and Communication to Publisher on Quantities
Sales Conference Preparation
• Run Tipsheet Reports and Print for Distribution
• Identify Missing Covers and Comp Titles
Off Cycle Feeds
• Responsible for Completing Necessary Forms and Communication
All Concerned Emails
• Identifying, Consolidating and Distributing Based on Guidelines

Qualifications:
Strong organization and communication skills are a must
