We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic accounts receivable administrator to join the finance team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, your primary responsibility will be for all Accounts Receivable administration from raising co-edition sales and sub-rights invoices, allocating all cash received, and chasing for outstanding debt. You will be responsible for dealing with all customer queries.
You will also be responsible for the monthly reporting to S&S US to confirm the intercompany advances and commissions payment, maintaining various sub-right account reconciliations, and completing the weekly bank reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and an in-depth understanding of global accounts receivable processes. You will enjoy working within a small, hard-working team. You must be organised and have good verbal and written communication skills. Good excel skills are also a requirement.
