Description:
The Manager, Special Markets Marketing will be responsible for the management and execution of direct-to-property and distributor marketing programs and materials for Special Markets (Hotels, MDUS and Institutions), working in lock step with Special Markets sales team to grow Showtime bulk revenue and units.   

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Develop and execute national direct marketing programs, communications, collateral materials, videos, websites and pitch decks that build awareness, encourage bulk launches of Showtime, and increase the reach, frequency and overall effectiveness of marketing efforts across all individual Distributors, Lodging, MDU and Institution segments.
  • Manage the development of trade show booths, sponsorships, collateral, premiums and any other materials needed on site.
  • Work with Special Markets sales team to develop and execute account-specific bulk marketing programs for key accounts, and support the Field by creating and providing both customized sales materials and tools designed to encourage Distributor Bulk Managers to sell Showtime, and educate and encourage related Distributor-serviced Properties to launch Showtime.
  • Manage the budget for Special Markets Marketing.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum four years marketing experience
  • Prior project management experience 
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills in order to make effective and compelling presentations and produce numerous written presentations and analysis
  • Exceptional time management
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills in order to ensure that the many aspects of project management are handled both while in the office and while travelling (some infrequent travel may be required)
  • Strong interpersonal skills in order to build relationships and trust with Distributors, the Field and other groups within Showtime
  • Creativity is needed to plan and execute materials that meet SNI and Distributor/Partner objectives
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving
  • Computer proficiency required with experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop
  • Experience in Premium Cable a plus.
