Provides high-level support to SVP of Business Affairs and either VP or SVP of Business Affairs to be hired shortly


Individual will provide administrative support to Senior Vice President including answering phones, taking messages, maintaining calendar, managing incoming and outgoing mail/packages, maintaining files, and providing good judgment in monitoring and prioritizing information flow throughout the day. 

Candidate will provide feedback internally and externally of changes in schedule and meetings throughout the day; Arrange and prepare for meetings, conference calls, and videoconferences; Coordinate all travel arrangements, prepare and submit expense reports. Candidate will also assist in routing materials in a timely fashion through necessary departments.

The individual will work closely with the finance department in arranging for payments to licensors and others and obtaining necessary and appropriate paperwork to do so.

Individual should possess an overall knowledge of departmental protocol, including guidelines for distribution of documents and organization of files.   The individual will be required to cultivate strong relationships within the department and with other departments.

Other critical skills required include familiarity with contract and legal terminology.  May be required to write preliminary drafts of memos and correspondence. 


A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast paced environment, preferably in the entertainment industry.

College degree preferred.
