Showtime Networks Inc. has an amazing opportunity for an accomplished and experienced Executive Assistant supporting the President & CEO.
This is a fast-paced, high profile position requiring an individual with top-notch support skills. Looking for someone experienced and passionate about learning all aspects of what it takes to run a network. The administrative support encompasses maintenance of all professional and personal matters including high volume of calls, heavy scheduling, travel arrangements, expense tracking, interfacing and coordinating activities both inside and outside the company with top level executives and professionals within the entertainment industry.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2-3 years supporting a senior executive within the entertainment industry.
A college degree, advanced computer skills and the ability to multi-task and work overtime is required.
This role requires unflappable loyalty, a strong sense of urgency, commitment and the ability to manage highly-sensitive/confidential information.
Experience working with individuals at all levels and working knowledge of industry names, players and film/television vocabulary necessary.
Candidate must be intelligent, articulate and professional, possessing superior interpersonal and organizational skills.
