Description:
This Coordinator position will report to Senior Vice President of Talent Relations & Special Events. Supporting the day-to-day administrative duties for the SVP, the coordinator will also be a strong partner to both the Director Events and Director of Talent Relations within the department.

o    This position will be responsible for assisting the SVP with all administrative duties including, but not limited to: answering phones, SVP expenses and travel, scheduling meetings and managing the SVP’s calendar. 

o    Coordinates event logistics, including but not limited to: site inspections, guest list management, event seating, printed materials and event supplies. 

o   Coordinates talent relations duties appropriate at this level (examples include: management of talent schedules, invitations to SHO events, VIP gifting, start of production crew gifts and charity set visits). 

o    Responsible for the departments high volume of contracts & invoice management including processing and tracking.

o    Manages talent/show contact sheets and department event calendar.  

Qualifications:

Resourcefulness (leaving no stone unturned); pleasant phone manner and way with talent and Executives is key.

            Time management is essential.

            Follows pop-culture, industry trends and has their finger on the pulse of Los Angeles and New York.

            Meeting, growing and maintaining relationships with internal partners and outside vendors is a key part of the position.

            Computer skills, excel spread sheets, file converting, etc. are a must.

College graduate, with at least one year of entertainment assistant experience.
