CBS RADIO BOSTON IS LOOKING FOR PART TIME PROMOTION COORDINATORS TO REPRESENT OUR STATIONS AT EVENTS:
Must be an ambitious, energetic and proactive self-starter who possesses excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Position requires excellent written and verbal communications skills. Strong computer and image editing skills; including basic knowledge of PhotoShop and general knowledge of social networking platforms required. Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record required.
· Transport equipment in station van, safely set-up and tear down equipment
· Execute on-site station promotional events and event marketing – manage station appearances at client retail locations and station events; trouble-shoot & solve any issues that may arise during appearance.
· Responsible for the overall look and feel of the event with the station’s brand in mind--including banner placement, location set-up & taking well-planned digital photos for use in client recaps.
·Record/edit and upload audio recordings from appearances.
·Meet & greet listeners and conduct giveaways during the appearance
· Occasional clerical office work includes: returning listeners phone calls, mailing out prizes, organizing on air giveaways, writing copy for promotions and assisting the Promotion Director and Promotion Coordinator as projects arise.
