Local Sales ManagerApply
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual local revenue goals.
Cultivate new business efforts to grow spot and non-spot revenue.
Provide consistent coaching and sales strategy for senior sellers.
Design training workshops for brand new sellers.
Work with General Sales Manager on weekly planner meetings.
Implement year round recruitment procedures.
Monitor sales activity, pacing and budgets.
Be a creative problem solver and motivator.
Distribute leads to sales staff from multiple resources.
Represent station with professionalism and integrity.
Maintain effective interdepartmental relationships.
Other duties as required by supervisor.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Valid state driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle required.
