CBS Radio's Shared Service Center servicing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions for all of its properties.   The center will drive continuous process improvements through best practices, innovative ideas and a passion for customer satisfaction.   As the Cash Application Associate, you will ensure all receipts are posted to the A/R account and invoice in timely manner, balance receipts daily and work with Markets with Cash In Advance receipts.  Specifically, this role will be responsible for:

  • Post all receipts to open invoices in a timely manner
  • Work with Market Account Executives on partial payments and adjustments
  • Complete daily balances and investigate imbalances
  • Continually review unapplied cash and communicate with customers in timely manner
  • Manage Cash In Advance payments and communicate with Markets timely
  • Ensure compliance with published policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

As an Associate, you must have ability for attention to detail with focus on exceptional customer service.  In addition:

  • Focus and skill at accuracy, attention to detail and consistency
  • Effective time management skills
  • Effective problem solving and documentation skills
  • Ability to build good relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Provide proactive service to customers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 3 years Cash Application experience preferred
