Description:

Sell CBS Radio advertising and marketing campaigns to new and existing clients. Responsibilities include soliciting new business through prospecting and cold calling, managing and growing existing assigned accounts/budgets, identifying clients’ advertising needs and developing and presenting customized solutions for small- and medium-sized business owners.

Qualifications:
  • We are looking for people who are naturally inquisitive, and who have the ability to first seek to understand a problem, and then develop creative ideas and solutions.

  • In addition to strong logical and critical-thinking skills, you must also have great interpersonal skills and the ability to put yourself in the shoes of your customers.

  • Solid organizational and time-management skills

  • A tenacious and determined attitude

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior sales experience or strong desire to work in sales

  • Some background in advertising

  • Demonstrated job stability

  • Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills

  • Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills

  • Must have valid driver's license and vehicle with appropriate insurance
