The Innovation & Partnerships team is responsible for developing high-performing ad and data solutions in response to evolving client needs, emerging technologies, product changes and shifts in consumer behavior to create impactful ad experiences that deliver value to brands and consumers.
Assist I&P team and Client Solutions with responses to client RFPs
Research and help identify digital advertising and consumer trends in the marketplace that could be used to develop new and innovative ad solutions for CBSi partners (i.e. Voice Assistants, Podcasts, Augmented Reality, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, etc.)
Assist in analyzing data from current partnership programs to help derive vertical insights that can be used as case studies for current and future partners
Utilize MediaRadar and other 3rd Party Tools to identify new client prospects and create recommendations for priority packages or ad solutions (i.e. AR or Podcasts)
Attend bi-weekly Ad Strategy meetings with Site Teams to present and/or identify Partnership Opportunities based on marketplace research and site road maps
Research and aid in the vetting of new partner vendors that could improve or evolve our product offerings
Provide a weekly ‘trend’ update to I&P team of a new and/or innovative tactic that an advertiser or competitor is being recognized in the industry trades for. Include their point of view on why this is interesting/compelling
- Time commitment: full-time, 40 hours per week.
- This is a paid internship and can also be for university credit if it meets your university's guidelines
What you bring to the team:
You have –
An aptitude and enthusiasm towards gaining more knowledge around digital advertising and consumer trends in the marketplace
Keen understanding of how to craft and evolve narratives with or without research and data
Proficiency in Microsoft applications with a strong emphasis towards PPT
Proficiency in Google applications such as Google Doc, Google Sheets, Google PPT
Extremely detail-oriented and organized; capable of multi-tasking between several requests and projects
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written. Able to communicate effectively and collaboratively with various teams, keeping in mind the nuances and perspectives of his/her audience
You might also have –
Experience with Salesforce, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics, is a plus
Knowledge in audience data targeting is a plus
Familiarity with digital media and TV landscape is a plus
- Intern must be a student currently enrolled in an accredited college, university or bootcamp
- Must be at least 18 years old
