Description:

Division Overview:

  • CBS All Access is a premium streaming subscription service with over one million subscribers and growing. Our team is a diverse and agile group that is dedicated to driving consumer revenue through consistent user acquisition growth and retention. We work collaboratively across multiple departments and channels to continually enhance our product, expand our distribution and effectively market our best-in-class content.

  • The Partnership team’s mission is to develop and connect passionate audiences with the content they love through data-driven marketing, cross-collaboration and strategic partnerships.


Role Details:

  • This role will work with key stakeholders to develop, execute and deliver campaigns across multiple OTT device partnerships (such as Amazon, Apple, Roku, and Microsoft) and internal sites for events, social, email, and digital media. 

  • The intern will also help architect partnership reporting and analysis of promotions for CBS All Access and CBS Sports HQ, as well as gain exposure to multiple areas of CBSi, including Product, Creative Services, Content Strategy and Marketing Acquisition.

  • Provide support on creative execution 


Your Day-to-Day:

  • Use business insights & rigorous testing to inform our creative marketing strategy & paid media mix for CBS All Access and CBS Sports HQ products

  • Brainstorm and research opportunities to market to high-value audience on OTT platforms 

  • Analyze partner data to compare, contrast and present new learnings across partners and/or marketing promotions, developing and presenting recap presentations to stakeholders

  • Collaborate across CBS All Access Acquisition, Product, Creative, Business Insights and CBS Sports teams to pull reporting, execute campaigns, track promotions and compare results


Logistics:
  • Time commitment: full-time, 40 hours per week during our regular office hours (Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm) but times may vary per team
  • This is a paid internship and can also be for university credit if it meets your university's guidelines
Qualifications:

What you bring to the team: 

You have – 

  • Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation 

  • Strong proficiency in MS office applications, especially Power Point and Excel 

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills – ability to analyze and make recommendations 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

  • Self-directed/self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who has a passion for TV shows, online entertainment and new technology


You might also – 

  • Be enrolled and in the process of earning your MBA 

  • Have experience working in the television/OTT industry

  • Have experience working in the media planning/agency industry


Additional Requirements:
  • Intern must be a student currently enrolled in an accredited college, university or bootcamp 
  • Must be at least 18 years old
