Description:

Division Overview:

The Account Manager Intern will be responsible for supporting the AMs and sales team in selling, planning, executing and monitoring the digital advertising programs of CBS Interactive’s customer base. 


Role Details:This individual will work with the sales teams to ensure flawless campaign planning and execution. The Account Manager intern will assist Account Managers in a variety of different tasks including, client inquiries and requests pertaining to digital programs, preparing proposals and client presentations and assisting in order creation.


Your Day-to-Day:

  • Assist in managing the collection of creative assets, tracking and ad verification from clients / agency contacts and coordinate with Ops

  • Support Account Managers with order creation and management

  • Process Insertion Orders

  • Help Project Manage and coordinate with internal teams on all necessary elements for campaign execution

  • Assist Sales / Account Management with wrap decks to renew business

  • Work with account managers and sales to help create thoughtful media plans and proposals


Logistics:
  • Time commitment: full-time, 40 hours per week
  • This is a paid internship and can also be for university credit if it meets your university's guidelines
Qualifications:


What you bring to the team:

You have -

  • Can thrive on a team in a goal oriented environment

  • Have a strong desire to pursue an Ad Sales or Ad Tech career

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

  • Extremely detail focused

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Gmail

You might also have –

  •  Knowledge of basic media math

  • Experience with DFP, Salesforce, Operative One, MOAT, IAS or DoubleVerify


Additional requirements:
  • Intern must be a student currently enrolled in an accredited college, university or bootcamp
  • Must be at least 18 years old
