The product management intern will work on a project which will review either a section of our site or our streaming app, while looking at data user behavior, conducting competitive analysis, and preparing recommendations for changes that will improve the UX and the user engagement on either that section or on our streaming app. The product management intern will then manage a project deploying tests and successful changes to that page/site section.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Managing small to mid-size projects independently to completion including writing one pagers, spec documents, developing wire-frames, and assisting with documentation for larger projects with the product managers
  • Involvement in brainstorming, problem resolution for existing products as required
  • Assisting in testing and QA of a range of projects
  • Time commitment: full-time, 40 hours per week during our regular office hours (Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm) but times may vary per team
  • This is a paid internship and can also be for university credit if it meets your university's guidelines
  • Combination of education and experience in project management/product management 
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • We are seeking a self-starter who has a genuine interest in product management, business technology and is actively pursuing a career in product management 
  • Experience with video streaming apps
  • Experience with bug tracking systems an advantage 
  • Experience working on technical projects and websites an advantage 
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word, experience with Google Apps is a plus 
Additional Requirements:
  • Intern must be a student currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
  • Must be at least 18 years old
