Role Details:

The Senior Digital Analyst will be the main point of contact for all advertising operations client day-to-day communication and oversight; owns overall client satisfaction and proactively identifies opportunities to optimize partners

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Project manage campaign execution to ensure all campaign requirements are met; measure campaign progress and communicate effectively both internally and externally

  • Lead all campaign related communication, including kick off calls, weekly status calls, troubleshooting discussions

  • Ability to effectively communicate in team-oriented environment; function as liaison between multiple departments

  • Generate and analyze detailed campaign reporting; provides detailed insights and analysis for client and suggests optimization strategies for increased performance

  • Educate and guide new and existing clients on best practices, onboard new clients and proactively address areas where improvement is needed.

  • Effectively manage time and deadlines while balancing multiple projects/priorities internally and externally

  • Responsible for general IO questions and oversight to ensure all campaign tasks are done correctly and efficiently


You have --

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred; or equivalent work experience in media-related business

  • 3-4 years of experience in digital media and working with related technologies

  • Must be detail oriented, analytical, organized and produce high-quality work

  • Strong knowledge of digital video space: media planning, creative, and publisher trafficking

  • Solid understanding of digital advertising concepts and terms

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills a must

  • Experience managing and executing digital campaigns as main client point of contact; video experience desired

  • Proficient knowledge of 3rd party vendors including SalesForce, DFP, IAS, MOAT and Formstack;  ability to recommend best practices

You might also have -

  • Excellent client service approach and ability to meet tight/ad hoc deadlines and multi-task effectively supporting and delivering on multiple requests

  • Experienced in compiling, documenting and communicating client requirements to internal stakeholders

  • Willingness to learn new skills and be able to work in a team environment
