As we expand our business, we need a product manager to work with stakeholders digital and TV production  to build products that keep users coming back for more.  Your mind shifts seamlessly between desktop, mobile, and devices.  You weave social into the fabric of your solutions.  You inspire your team and your co-workers while pushing the limits to deliver excellence.  
Your Day-to-Day:
  • Lead the launch of a new property from concept, working with production stakeholders integrating all requirements and lead product development, deployments across entertainment focused sites
  • Own product through entire lifecycle, prioritize efforts, and create best practices
  • Lead product development efforts by working with the senior management team to define product vision and roadmap
  • Communicate product vision, business requirements, and roadmaps across all working groups and identify strategies what will lead to successful launches while managing expectations and listening to priorities and concerns
  • Document product roadmap by creating user personas, epics, stories, workflows, wire-frames, design and product requirements, and other materials as needed
  • Contribute to a team of dedicated product owners
  • Ensure that all products are consistent with brand and experience guidelines 
Key Projects: 
  • Create and execute an web strategy for desktop and mobile web
  • Maximize use of existing technical architecture and solutions while breaking new ground as necessary
  • Build excellent, user-centric, experiences across multiple distribution endpoints
  • Iterate on existing digital properties into the user experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience combined in digital media, content development, strategy, business development or related fields
  • Deep experience with project management/product management owning the product
  • Ability to move at a fast pace and adapt to change quickly translate user data and analytics into insight and action
  • Strong technical skills as it relates to product development
  • Experience with AGILE and SCRUM

  • Comfortable experimenting often, failing fast and recovering faster
  • Knowledge of online publishing environments and revenue streams
  • Ability to generate product documentation and be a source for best practices for the business
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and creative-thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, pivot, and change focus when necessary
