Description:
Job Purpose: The primary function of this role is to plan, set up , manage and optimise the execution of APAC B2B lead generation campaigns delivering an end to end campaign management solution. The primary KPI is to meet client campaign objectives using the most relevant CBSi Lead Gen tactics to deliver within the best possible scope and revenue optimisation for CBSi. Success is measured by client satisfaction, delivery efficiency, accuracy, cost efficiency and communication. Reporting Line: APAC Lead Gen Manager Direct Reports: None Working Relationships: (internal/external): ● APAC Sales Team ● Call Centre Team ● B2B Clients and Agencies ● Telemarketers ● Project Management and Front-End Dev / Tech Teams Main Tasks and Responsibilities: ● To lead feasibility/ delivery forecast and execution of direct marketing campaigns across all tactics ● To understand client needs and ensure campaigns are delivered to the agreed campaign lead definition ● Create integrated campaign plans to achieve campaign objectives ● Manage all aspects of campaign set-up and ongoing campaign execution ● Brief and train Telemarketing teams to execute against elements of the campaign plan ● Ensure delivery with accuracy and quality leads across all campaigns ● Track and analyse campaign performance and offer solutions for improvement for best practise results ● To ensure full briefing, re-briefing and 1-2-1 sessions and follow best practise procedure with Telemarketers Production ● Design, develop and make changes to html email creative and registration pages. ● Understand manage and implement using the internal systems (UPS) to ensure the best user experience and to capture and track activity for analysis & reporting. ● Responsible for TM Script generation. Campaign Management ● Working with the sales team to understand client needs and sales objectives ● Create campaign plans & schedules to achieve campaign goals. ● Manage all aspects of campaign set up and ongoing campaign execution ● Email broadcasting using an email delivery system ● Telemarketing campaign management to ensure on target performance and delivery ● Develop detailed post campaign reports and provide recommendations on how to improve results ● Plan your TM agents effectively with the Lead Gen Manager giving as much time and information as possible ● Build lasting relationships with your designated agents raising their productivity on campaigns ● Working with sales team to provide industry knowledge and trouble shoot difficult clients ● Lead Checking and Quality Control on final lead delivery to sales/clients Salary range: AUD 55,000-75,000
Qualifications:
Experience: ● Proven campaign management experience essential ● Experience of using Excel and PowerPoint to a high standard ● Solid understanding of new media design: Html,Photoshop or fireworks ● An understanding of digital marketing and lead gen techniques ● Ideally experience managing Telemarketing or Call Centre campaigns Background • Education: Background in Marketing and/or Advertising Competencies for Success: ● Customer focus ● Timely decision making ● Time Management ● Attention to Detail ● Organising ● Written Communication ● Functional / Technical Skills ● Problem Solving ● Perseverance ● Learning on the fly ● Interpersonal Savvy ● Listening
