Description:
The CNET Media Group is seeking a strategic thinker and hard working individual for an Integrated Marketing Manager role focusing on our Tech brands (CNET, ZDNet, TechRepublic).  This person will have a multi-faceted job in helping CBSi continue its growth and strength as global premium content publisher.  The Integrated Marketing Manager will analyze the needs of our clients, along with the dynamics of brands and the overall digital space to develop new products and sponsorships.  With this continually evolving knowledge, this individual will also keep our product portfolio up to date and competitive.  This person will play a crucial role in working with Sales to respond to client RFPs and to develop proactive pitches.
 
  • Drive measurable revenue growth through the development of new and evolved products
  • Use data from our internal and third party tools to guide product development, justify products within sales collateral, and as a driver of campaign optimization
  • Product launch - plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross functional execution of working with several departments (Product, Engineering, Sales, etc.)
  • Create presentations and collateral around our products so that Sales is clear on how to sell it and attend clients meetings (when needed) to help assist in the sales process
  • Develop and manage product pricing strategies for existing and new products
  • Become deeply knowledgeable around the businesses of our key and growth clients.  Showcase this knowledge through the products scheduled in the roadmap and proactive pitch ideas
  • Take a leadership role in supporting customer requests including the completion of RFIs / RFPs
  • Provide best practices in communication with Sales and clients so to guide effective uses of our products
  • Forge strong working relationships with key internal teams

 

 
Qualifications:
What you bring to the team:
You have –

  • 3 - 5 years of digital media experience across such media as display, video, mobile and social.  Any background in programmatic/PMPs a plus
  • Experience in integrated marketing or a related field, ideally having undertaken a prior role within the publishing environment, including programs that have supported digital products
  • Showcased effectiveness in working across cross-functional teams
  • Commitment to deeply understand our audience
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills – capacity to communicate complex, large-scale concepts clearly and simply
  • Strong interpersonal skills and capability to build productive relationships across the business and all levels of management as well as with third parties
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and changing business priorities
  • Strong project management skills, able to implement multiple projects simultaneously within time and budget constraints
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of self-motivation and tenacity and a passion for problem-solving
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Openness to ambiguity
