The Integrated Marketing team is a sales marketing team responsible for working hand-in-hand with Sales to develop best-in-class sponsorship solutions.  Integrated Marketing also successfully cultivates relationships with internal groups such as Editorial/Programming, Product, Consumer Marketing, Research, Ad Operations and more.

Role Details:

CBS Sports Digital is seeking a new team member who is organized, energetic and a creative thinker to support the Integrated Marketing team. This role will primarily assist with the creation, execution, and tracking of sales programs.

Your Day-to-Day:

Work with sales team to customize sponsorship programs for advertisers and coordinate logistics around post-sale execution once sold.
Participate in the RFP response process by brainstorming with Sales, Integrated Marketing and Editorial/Video.
Support Integrated Marketing Managers with pre & post-sale efforts around multimedia deals sold alongside CBS Broadcast and CBS Sports Network (Cable), and around Cross-Business Unit deals tied to other divisions of CBS Interactive.
Support Integrated Marketing Manager with post-sale efforts around the NFL, including day-to-day management of NFL campaigns after they've launched, tracking of client goals & audience metrics.
Handle reservation process for specific Sales Assets

Key Projects:

Track the sports competitive marketplace to understand what our competitors are doing, what unique executions are running on various channels, sites & apps

Develop persuasive and data-driven one-sheets that will aid in the sales process

Project management of sponsorship & custom content initiatives

Manage sales funnel for specific products in market

Utilize analytics to drive insights on content distribution & audience wants

What you bring to the team:​

You have

  • 1-2 years of experience in media, advertising or sports industry

  • Ability to own a project, taking initial direction to project completion

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written & verbal

  • Creativity and interest in content that digital audiences consume across platforms

  • Analytical thought process, ability to derive actionable insights from data

  • Organization necessary to work on several projects at once

You might also have​  

  • Experience in TV Integrated Marketing preferred

  • A familiarity, or strong interest in, sports – particularly the NFL

  • Excel & PowerPoint skills
