Role Details:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive rock star candidate to be the Executive Assistant for Executive Vice President of Digital Sales & Sales Strategy. The ideal candidate will be energetic with strong multi-tasking capability. You are known for your trustworthiness, organization, and dependability. Everyone will recognize you as the prime go-to-person for administrative responsibilities. You understand the importance of strong customer service and have demonstrated the ability to exercise a degree of discretion judgment. You must be comfortable dealing with a large range of internal and external high-level managers, executives, organizations and confidential data. The successful CBS Interactive executive assistant will be resourceful, dynamic, insightful and forward thinking.

Your Day-to-Day:
  • Heavy calendar management. Manage executive calendars, arrange meetings/appointments and provide reminders and necessary prep material for meetings
  • Managing executives extensive travel schedule, proactively confirming travel plans and vendors.
  • Screen incoming calls, correspondence, interoffice materials. Determine the priority and respond appropriately.
  • Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding Executive’s available time
  • Track, follow and make recommendations as needed regarding appropriate action, follow up, and due dates.
  • Coordinate high-level meetings and offsite events including but not limited to scheduling, agenda creation, logistics, space plans and catering.
  • Manage confidential business matter and communications.
  • Conduct research on specialized topics as required.
  • Heavy larger scale event support as directed by Sales and Marketing Management
  • Manage expense reports for executives.
Qualifications:
What you bring to the team:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent training and experience
  • 4-6 years administrative experience supporting Vice President and above.
  • Demonstrated experience in representing the Executive offices and company at all times.
  • Team player – energetic, enthusiastic and personable, and outgoing
  • Technically savvy professional with some media or technology background.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Expert level communication skills, both written, verbal and on the telephone.
  • Proven experience in working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.
  • Proven experience in prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously, following through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills as well as a professional demeanor while communicating effectively with all levels of management.
  • Expert in working both in a team environment and independently.
  • This individual is supporting an Executive who works with business partners based globally. Therefore, early morning and evening meetings will need coverage. You must have the flexibility to meet these needs.
