- Our 247, Scout, and SportsLine Customer Service Coordinator will answer inbound customer service emails and phone calls for 247, Scout, and SportsLine. They'll work with the member services team to save accounts, offer upgrades, and cancel accounts where appropriate.
- Answer inbound calls from potential and existing subscribers to our site
- Respond to incoming emails from subscribers regarding their account
- Work with other customer service coordinators to help save account subscriptions
- Bachelor’s degree or Minimum 2-3 years working experience
- Customer Service or Zendesk experience preferred, but not essential
