Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • To understand client needs and ensure campaigns are delivered to the agreed campaign lead definition 
  • Create integrated campaign plans to achieve campaign objectives
  • Manage all aspects of campaign set-up and ongoing campaign execution
  • Brief and train Telemarketing teams to execute against elements of the campaign plan
  • Ensure delivery with accuracy and quality leads across all campaigns
  • Track and analyse campaign performance and offer solutions for improvement for best practise results 
  • To ensure full briefing, re-briefing and 1-2-1 sessions and follow best practise procedure with Telemarketers


  • Design, develop and make changes to html email creative and registration pages.
  • Understand manage and implement using the internal systems (UPS) and Adobe Campaign to ensure the best user experience and to capture and track activity for analysis & reporting.
  • Responsible for TM Script generation.

Campaign Management:

  • Working with the sales team  to understand client needs and sales objectives
  • Create campaign plans & schedules to achieve campaign goals.
  • Manage all aspects of campaign set up and ongoing campaign execution 
  • Email broadcasting using an email delivery system 
  • Telemarketing campaign management to ensure on target performance and delivery
  • Develop detailed post campaign reports and provide recommendations on how to improve results
  • Plan your TM agents effectively with the Lead Gen Manager giving as much time and information as possible 
  • Build lasting relationships with your designated agents raising their productivity on campaigns
  • Working with sales team to provide industry knowledge and trouble shoot difficult clients
  • Lead Checking and Quality Control on final lead delivery to sales/clients

  • Proven campaign management experience ideal
  • Proven record of managing 1 or more people
  • An understanding of digital marketing and lead generation techniques
  • Ideally experience managing Telemarketing or Call Centre campaigns 
  • Social Media Marketing experience preferable

Education: Background in Marketing and/or Advertising
