Role Details:
The Associate Partnership Manager will be responsible for supporting PMP sales with planning, executing and campaign monitoring, as well as providing optimal client service support both internally and externally, and serve as the adtech programmatic expert.  This includes: supporting the internal CBSi site-side sales teams with their PMP/programmatic campaigns (assisting with strategy, logistics, and education); serving as the day-to-day PMP contact for CBSi’s DSPs and ATD partners to continue to grow our relationship and seek out new opportunities; monitor existing campaigns to potentially extend/grow the partnerships and maximize effectiveness.
What you bring to the team:
You have –
  • 1+ years of interactive advertising or AdTech experience and/or business development experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to address business and technical audiences. Articulate, persuasive and engaging communication style.
  • Able to analyze, quantify, and have a data-centric mindset to drive business goals
  • You are detail-oriented. A real go-getter and self-starter
  • Capable of managing complexity with many demand channels, and customer targets while thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Ability to foster relationships and address internal and external client issues

You might also have –
  • Knowledge of the programmatic landscape – including technology, techniques, partners, and business models
  • Strong understanding of programmatic buying and PMPs a plus
