Division Overview:
The Associate Account Manager will be responsible for supporting the AMs and sales team in selling, planning, executing and monitoring the digital advertising programs of CBS Interactive’s customer base. This person will learn the Account Manager role from the ground up by supporting different Account Managers on the team when needed.

Role Details:
This individual will work with the sales teams to ensure flawless campaign planning and execution. The Associate Account Manager will assist Account Managers in a variety of different tasks including, client inquiries and requests pertaining to digital programs, preparing proposals and client presentations and assisting in order creation.

Your Day-to-Day:
  • Work with account managers and sales to help create thoughtful media plans and proposals
  • Assist in managing the collection of creative assets, tracking and ad verification from clients / agency contacts and coordinate with Ops
  • Support Account Managers with order creation and management
  • Process Insertion Orders 
  • Help Project Manage and coordinate with internal teams on all necessary elements for campaign execution 
  • Assist Sales / Account Management with wrap decks to renew business

You have – 
  • Sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a team, goal oriented environment.
  • Have a strong desire to win and grow as digital ad sales professional. 
  • BS/BA degree, or equivalent training and experience. 
  • Can thrive on a team in a goal oriented environment. 
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills 
  • Extremely detail focused 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Gmail
