This person will oversee the day to day management of the London-based Ad Operations team. This person will implement campaign fulfillment processes and improve upon current ones. In addition, you will focus on day to day setup and optimization of ad campaigns for strategic clients.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Day to day team management including growth and development of direct reports

  • Proactively troubleshoot delivery and technical issues to ensure revenue recognition. Field and coordinate resolution of partner initiated issues / escalations

  • Review and update documentation for best practices, business processes and training to be used by partners and internal resources

  • Accurate campaign trafficking and creative QA within Doubleclick For Publisher (DFP) -- i.e. Google Ad Manager

  • Provide training (troubleshooting delivery issues, inventory management, understanding delivery priorities,optimization of campaigns, ad products, etc.) to Sales and Sales Operations as needed

  • Prioritise workload of the team to account for multiple deadlines and revenue related requirements.

Key Projects:

  • Scope and build out new processes for evolving industry issues that affect the business (e.g. viewability, brand safety, new vendors, privacy laws)

  • Working with local and global teams to streamline global sales fulfillment processes with remote sales teams. Challenging standard processes and finding where we can build efficiencies across the global organization.

  • Working with the Director, Ad Operations to deliver support for any project based work on site updates or implementing new tools to improve campaign management processes.

  • Mentorship and guidance for a team of campaign managers

  • Minimum 1 year management experience with demonstrable excellence in managing a digital revenue team

  • Extensive experience with Google Ad Manager 360 (i.e. Doubleclick for Publishers – DFP)

  • In depth knowledge of creative and HTML QA tools

  • Experience with video ad operations including OTT, VAST/VPAID, Server Side Ad Integration, Dynamic Ad Integration, etc

  • Ability to cut through the noise and clearly communicate complex concepts to sales teams or other internal stakeholders

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities with tight deadlines

  • Experience with Salesforce and Operative OMS preferred

  • Keeps up to date on industry trends and has a big picture view of the digital advertising ecosystem

  • Experience with Programmatic sales/setup

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
