Description:

Main Tasks & Responsbilities:

  • Build sales pipeline in line with sales targets across the portfolio of B2B and B2C brands
  •  Identify client needs and review their marketing requirements in order to sell tailored marketing solutions
  • Construct and present tailored presentations/proposals to clients based on their marketing objectives
  • Provide excellent agency servicing consisting of regular meetings, monthly presentations, agreed response times on RFPs, and in-depth post-campaign reporting
  • Manage existing accounts and expand CBSI’s client base by setting up meetings and calling marketing decision-makers and agencies
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets agreed with the Sales Manager in line with brand and group requirements
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts to Senior Account Director on a weekly basis
  • Work with operations team to design and manage marketing campaigns including email, online, TM, interactive media and other tactics
  •  Demonstrate a deep knowledge of the IT market and competitive environment
  •  Liaise with international sales teams to grow international business opportunities
  • Manage some inbound sales requests to grow business opportunities
  • Any such duties as may be required consistent with the jobholders knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Report on closed sales and work on repeat business

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Performance against quarterly revenue targets
  • Volume of quality proposals, meetings, call reports
  • Size and quality of sales pipeline
  • Performance against key account plans
  • Agency and client feedback
  • Relationships with direct client and agency contacts
  • Relationships with operations team and other business units

Qualifications:
Required:

  • Graduate in marketing or business related degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with CRM system and pipeline management
Preferred:

  •  Previous experience in marketing/direct marketing, media, agency environment would be beneficial
  • Understanding of IT & Technology market
  • Knowledge and experience of digital marketing and online
  • Proven successful B2B sales and account management experience.
  •  Sales / marketing training DIPADA, AIDA, or equivalent.
